Bob Losure Veteran reporter and former anchor of CNN Headline News |

| From
the radical concept of 24-hour news on cable television in 1980, fast-forward
more than two decades to corporate scandals, real-time coverage of war,
changes in media ownership and serious questions about media ethics. While
it’s true that some things never change, current trends and events
have impacted the way in which the media responds to organizations. Bob
Losure, veteran reporter and former anchor of CNN Headline News, shares
his insights about today’s media and offers tips you can use to achieve
results for your organization. Presenter: Bob Losure's on-location CNN reporting of such history-making events as Hurricane Hugo, the San Francisco Earthquake, Manuel Noriega’s capture and return to the U.S., and Nelson Mandela’s visit to America, have given him a level of experience that few national anchors have to share with audiences. Losure takes a down-to-earth look at dealing with the media — having been interviewed himself for “60 Minutes” by reporter Ed Bradley in 1997. He was inducted into the Broadcasting Hall of Fame at his alma mater, The University of Tulsa, in 1995 |
