Wining the Change Game
Ben Franklin is responsible for that little quip about death and taxes being the only certainties in life. No disrespect to the man, but let’s add change to that list. We live in a world that is constantly changing and we as players are constantly required to change in response to our environment, other players, and even the rules. In this session, participants will be presented with a working model of understanding the process and effects of change on organizations (and people) as well as the impact of communication on organizational change. Everyone plays a role in facilitating change in an organization as well as in our everyday lives.
