Helping Your Leadership Capitalize on Communication Competencies
Does your executive understand the importance of communication to engaging their work force? How can communicators help their organization’s leadership capitalize on the power of communication competencies? This session uses a case study from Standard Bank, one of South Africa’s largest financial institutions, to illustrate how you can use extensive qualitative and quantitative assessment to develop cutting edge solutions. In addition to the methodology, you’ll also explore the relevance of this approach in a global context.
