Elizabeth Heller Allen, vice president of corporate communications at Dell Computer Corporation, offers tips and tactics you can take back to your organizations - creating a concert of your own.

Presenter:
Elizabeth Heller Allen is the vice president of Corporate Communications for Dell Computer Corporation and is responsible for the strategic direction and global management of Dell’s Corporate Communications function. Prior to joining Dell in January 2000, Allen was vice president of Corporate Communications at Staples Inc., a leading global retailer of office supplies, furniture and technology to consumers and businesses. Her career of more than 25 years in communications includes responsibility as vice president of corporate communications at Loral Corp., a defense contractor and space communications company, and a vice president of marketing communications at Citicorp. Allen holds a bachelor’s degree in editorial journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, where she was subsequently inducted into the school’s hall of achievement and holds a seat on the Board of Visitors. She also earned a master's degree in business administration from Indiana University.
