Karen Raskopf
, senior vice president of corporate communications for Blockbuster, Inc., is a public relations veteran with more than 20 years of experience in the retail, broadcast and oil & gas industries. At Blockbuster, she is responsible for internal communications, community relations, intercultural affairs, public relations, marketing publicity efforts and all media relations including financial media. Before joining Blockbuster in 1997, she worked for the 7-Eleven convenience store chain and was responsible for all corporate communications. Raskopf has also held positions with Lone Star Gas Co., Tandy Corp. and Gannett Broadcasting.
