Planning a World Tour: Internationalizing Your Message and Brand
In today’s increasingly borderless world, brands and the companies that support them are under constant pressure to perform to a single standard of excellence, while being ever conscious of the unique cultural nuances that still prevail. Whether developing a marketing support campaign or a brand protection plan, communications executives are challenged to maintain a delicate and ever shifting balance that anticipates both the broad global and specific local needs of the brand’s audiences. Adding to the complexity of this task is the significant role that external groups and influencers, many of which are globally coordinated, can play in the process.
