Virtually Speaking: Communicating with a Remote Workforce
With more employees working from home and mergers and acquisitions leaving people reporting to managers far away, the virtual workforce presents organizations with yet another new communication challenge. Reaching them requires some special tactics and focus. Besides a sneak peak at IABC’s newest Foundation report on the topic, participants will learn:

  • Specific tactics for manager-communicators
  • Online approaches that keep them coming back
  • How paper still fits into a virtual environment, and
  • Collaboration tools that keep employees in the virtual “band.”
